Lesnick Prince & Pappas LLP is a boutique law firm based in Southern California specializing in commercial bankruptcy, financial restructuring, distressed transactions, business litigation and supplier/distributor relations.

The firm was formed in August 2009 by Chris Prince and Matt Lesnick, former bankruptcy and commercial litigation partners at two of the nation’s largest law firms.  They were joined in February 2012 by Mike Pappas, a business litigator and trial lawyer, enhancing the depth and breadth of our services to clients.  Our goal is to provide the highest caliber legal services at a reasonable cost.

From staffing to billing practices to technology, we run our firm to maximize our efficiency and effectiveness. Every matter receives the personal attention of one of our partners. We do not charge for overhead like phone calls, faxing, or routine printing.  And we invest in the latest technology to maximize our availability and responsiveness.
